As a passionate and detail-oriented team member, your primary responsibility will involve performing product inspections during the inbound process to identify and prevent any damage or defects. This role includes careful unpackaging and repackaging of products to ensure their protection. Competitive Hourly Pay

• $19.25/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential.

Peak Performance Bonus

• Earn an additional $1,200 bonus for completing the peak season from October 19 - December 13. Bonus eligibility requires successful attendance and performance throughout the defined peak period.

• Wed-Sat 9 pm - 7:30 am

Your Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, inspect, and prepare inbound furniture orders, requiring manual handling of large, heavy items.
• Frequently bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds without assistance, while maneuvering products over 150 pounds, either alone or with team support.
• Utilize scanning technology to record carton's condition, quantity, and location within the warehouse.
• Monitor order management systems to ensure accurate order reception and detail any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare deliveries by picking items from inventory and staging them according to truck and stop number.
• Unpack products, inspect, and repackage them for shipment to customers.
• Provide constructive feedback on user tools and recommend improvements based on your experience.
• Engage actively with team discussions and contribute solutions.
• Work collaboratively with peers and managers.
• Identify efficient methods to complete assigned tasks and seek clarification when needed.
• Read and understand English for safety compliance and effective communication.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs and moving products over 150 lbs.
• Ability to read and comprehend English accurately.
• Able to work on the warehouse floor for 8+ hours daily.
• Strong and consistent work ethic.
• Familiarity with scanning technology.
• Previous experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
