About the role: As a Senior Growth Designer on Headway’s Patient team, you will design the initial user experience—where people first land, evaluate their options, and decide to proceed. Your work will shape first impressions and influence whether patients get the care they need. You will work across marketing and product channels to create scalable acquisition and intake experiences, balancing immediate conversion goals with long-term design vision, while learning from real user needs. In this role, you will: Lead design for SEO/SEM acquisition experiences and emerging channels. Prototype and implement experiments to improve patient search for care. Translate ideas into high-quality visual designs ready for production. Collaborate with product managers, marketers, engineers, researchers, and other designers. You’ll be a great fit if: You have 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer, with 3+ years in growth-related teams, designing high-performing consumer-facing web products. You possess strong visual and interaction design skills and enjoy elevating design standards. You are excited by hypothesis-driven iteration, experimentation, and measurable impact. You can turn user insights and business goals into polished, intuitive designs. You want your work to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Compensation and Benefits: The expected base salary range is $183,600 - $216,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. The role may also include performance-based bonuses and equity.
