Expand Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for LTL Loaders , We’re hiring LTL Loaders for our amazing client in Delta & Richmond!

 

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for energetic and reliable LTL Loaders to join our client’s team in Delta and Richmond. If you know your way around Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight, can keep up with a fast-paced warehouse, and enjoy being part of a hardworking crew — this is your chance!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading LTL shipments safely and efficiently

• Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

• Ensuring freight is secured, sorted, and ready for transport

• Checking labels, verifying documents, and keeping everything accurate

• Working closely with the warehouse team and drivers to keep operations running smoothly.

• Responsible for the accurate and efficient process of loading & unloading freight

• Updating shipping & receiving document

• Ensures compliance with all appropriate policies, best practices and safety rules.

 

• Willing to work occasional extended hours as required and able to handle up to 50 pound boxes
• Other duties as required

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in LTL loading or a similar warehouse role

• Knowledge of LTL freight is a big plus (dock work, cross-docking, multiple shipments, etc.)

• Ability to lift, move, and secure freight (must be physically fit) - 50+lbs

• Safety-conscious, reliable, and a solid team player

• Forklift experience + certified on machines.

• Min 2 years’ experience on a sit down counterbalance forklift

• Good analytical and mathematical skills

Hours for work : 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM ** Need access to vehicle or bike ** No transit at 1:00 AM **
