Paschal is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team, drive performance, and uphold our World Class Service standards. If you’re a strong leader who can coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing HVAC team, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and coach HVAC Service Supervisors and Technicians
• Hire, train, and develop field team members
• Drive productivity, profitability, and service quality
• Support technicians with customer concerns and service execution
• Ensure three-point customer contact and accurate documentation
• Maintain safety, compliance, and a positive team culture
• Partner across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• HVAC technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP/scheduling systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
