JOB DESCRIPTION: Spire Sports & Entertainment and the Greenville Swamp Rabbits are seeking 2 Game Entertainment Intern (s) for the
duration of the 2025-26 season. This student intern will work, grow, and support the Swamp Rabbits Game Entertainment / The Hop and will be supervised by the
Manager, Game Entertainment & Content . During this internship, the intern (s) will be able to harness their skills, learn how to effectively execute them in a professional environment, and gain significant practical experience and professional development/mentorship.
Timeline: Mid-September - End of Swamp Rabbits Season
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assists with pre-game & post-game entertainment set up and tear down
- Aid in the effective execution of pre-game, in-game, and post-game ceremonies & activations
- General storage/organization of Entertainment assets
- Help the Floor Manager in ensuring timelessness & organization of fellow members of The Hop for in-game
- Manage & provide first-class service and assistance to traveling national acts & other outsourced entertainment.
- Guide HARE RAISERS on game days per the guidance of the Manager, Game Entertainment & Content
- Research ways to grow our Game Entertainment & Fan Experience
- Office hours and other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - MUST be able to receive course credit for the duration of the 2025-26 season
- Previous experience in game presentation and/ or game operations is preferred, but not required
- Available for 90 percent of our 25-26 home games
- Organized and efficient, process and execution driven
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn
- Takes initiative and is action-oriented
- An effective communicator and leader
- Creative - strives to think outside of the box and impact the game day environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays as needed
