We believe happy employees do amazing work, so join our team NOW! We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Tier 3 Senior Systems/Network Engineer for a Full-Time position.

Overview:

The Senior Systems/Network Engineer will serve as the final escalation point for technical issues and will be responsible for high-level troubleshooting, infrastructure support, automation, and systems optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex incidents escalated from Tier 2.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions.
• Design and implement scripts (PowerShell, Python) for automation and efficiency.
• Support and maintain enterprise networks, cloud platforms, and security solutions.
• Administer patch management and ensure compliance through tools like BigFix.
• Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise-level IT systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in systems or network engineering.
• Advanced understanding of Windows Server, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity.
• Experience in device hardening, log analysis, and endpoint security.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Preferred Certifications: Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
