Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will support David Begnaud/Do Good’s mission by helping grow its digital presence and executing day-to-day social content operations. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about storytelling, audience engagement, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and publish engaging social content across major platforms.
· Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies.
· Collaborate with branded content and production teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
· Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics.
· Support performance tracking and insights reporting.
· Actively drive monetization activities through Youtube, Facebook and Instagram
· Partner with talent to support personal social strategy and content creation.
Ideal Candidate
· 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
· Demonstrated success in growing channels and driving engagement.
· Familiarity with short-form video formats and platform best practices.
· Understanding of monetization programs such as YouTube Partner Program, Facebook Monetization Program and TikTok Bonus Program
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment.
· Curiosity for emerging digital tools, including AI-driven solutions.
Preferred tools include extensive knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, IG Studio, TikTok Creator Studio and Analytics, and experience with editing software like Capcut or Final Cut.
JOB IS FULL-TIME ON LOCATION IN SHERMAN OAKS, CA. CONTRACTOR TO PERMANENT.

$4000-$6000/month
