Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday). As the SEO Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind optimizing the online presence of this iconic brand. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, product management, and merchandising, to develop and execute strategies that enhance organic search performance and drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the company maintains its leading edge in the ever-evolving digital landscape. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement organic search strategies for a range of digital platforms. Manage the organic search feature backlog, collaborating with developer teams to bring projects from concept to launch. Partner with interactive teams to ensure new product sites are SEO-optimized from day one. Analyze search trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Lead the charge in AI readiness, adapting SEO strategies for AI search experiences. Create and implement cutting-edge content strategies optimized for AI search and conversational interfaces. Drive SEO revenue targets by implementing optimizations in collaboration with regional marketing leads. Collaborate with other program managers to identify new business opportunities. Champion SEO programs globally, communicating their impact on financial and brand goals. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track progress and demonstrate value. Must-Have Qualifications: 5-7 years of SEO experience in a global enterprise or digital agency. Proven ability to manage complex international, large-scale, and time-sensitive projects. Deep understanding of SEO best practices across major search engines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Expertise in SEO analytics, including defining program metrics and collaborating on reporting. Understanding of AI search behavior across major platforms and emerging user journeys. Knowledge of content strategy and copy optimization techniques. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience working with a global brand. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.70 to $90.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
