We're seeking someone who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, all while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.The Day-To-DayConducting cold and warm calls to onboard shippers as clientsCoordinating and managing the transportation of goods to ensure timely deliveryNegotiating rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitabilityBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term client relationshipsTracking shipments and providing regular updates to clientsEnsuring all operations comply with industry regulations and standardsResolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionallyUsing transportation management systems for data entry and maintaining accurate recordsCollaborating with internal teams to streamline transportation processesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a proven track recordStrong operational knowledge of the trucking and brokerage industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goalsCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $50,000 - 60,000, with additional commission opportunitiesUncapped commission potential, allowing you to significantly increase your earningsFull-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftIn-person position located in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area)About CloudTrucksCloudTrucks is a virtual trucking carrier in the multi-billion dollar trucking space.
