Location : Available to support Marin, Laurel Heights, Embarcadero

Classification : Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, 6 : 50am - 2 : 00pm, some later days required due to internal meetings or administrative tasks

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct 1 : 1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
• These qualifications are essential to ensure compliance with state regulations and to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.
