$260,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

Legal Headhunter | US @ Hydrogen Group | Legal Recruitment Specialist

We are currently partnered with a premier global law firm, widely recognized as a top 5 AmLawand Vault-ranked firm, seeking to add a mid-level Private Equity Associate (36 years of experience) to its Tier 1-ranked practice in D.C.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the D.C. bar
• 36+ years of Private Equity transactional experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm.
• Experience handling complex cross-border and domestic private equity deals, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, and acquisitions.
