Our principals have significant experience investing in healthcare, consumer products, and regulated markets and have been actively focused on the cannabis industry since 2015. Our leadership at Ethos Cannabis has experience developing and leading successful cannabis operators in the U.S.
    Position Summary/Objective The Post-Harvest Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all functions related to drying/curing, trimming, and packaging and harvesting. This allows an inventory to be constructed which can be utilized by the Supply chain team and the Production Operations Manager.
    Responsibilities
  • Supervise post-harvest technicians
    o Leading execution of harvest operations
    o Monitoring environment of drying areas and containers
    o Organization of batch specific product
    o Trimming
    o Packaging
    o Quality Control
    o Safe handling of chemicals
    o Follow cGMP and Safety standards
  • Complete all necessary checklists, logs, and documentation pertaining to harvested and packaged product
  • Accurately complete Seed-to-Sale transactions
  • Conducting required inventories for cannabis & non-cannabis materials.
  • Ensure product is in compliance at all times.
  • Follow process and progression of product to protect against diversion
  • Maintain sanitary conditions that meet SOPs in all post-harvest areas at all times
  • Inspection of work areas, equipment, and uniforms
  • Ensure all green waste is disposed of properly
  • Prepare product for testing
  • Oversee Harvest activities
  • Maintain control of the drying process
  • Conduct Moisture analysis
  • Other duties as designated by Production Operations Manager

    Qualifications
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 55 lb. of material or equipment
  • Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders safely
  • Valid Driver's License
    Additional Qualifying experience/education
  • 1-3 years in leadership/management position
  • Previous experience with Cannabis Seed-to-sale software and MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10+ to stay on schedule
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution and people management
    Compensation
    Annual salary with additional incentive compensation
    This position is classified as Exempt and is not entitled to overtime pay.
