Skills and Qualifications required are proficiency in repair and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting; physical stamina for demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces; good verbal communication skills; attention to detail for high-quality work and safety compliance; and previous experience in handyman or maintenance roles is preferred but entry-level candidates may be considered.
