4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Saxon Global Hi, NetSuite Systems Administrator Contract: 6 -12 months Location: St. Paul, MN or San Antonio, TX ( Hybrid ) Onsite: 2 to 3 days per week Summary Keep NetSuite clean, fast, and accurate. Own data uploads, reporting, configuration, and daily support. Fix data issues at the source. What Will You Do?

• Load and update data using CSV Import, Mass Update, and data templates
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and Suite Analytics Workbooks
• Configure fields, forms, records, roles, permissions, workflows, and page layouts
• Triage and resolve user tickets, document fixes, and prevent repeat issues
• Clean and normalize data. De-dupe records, enforce naming and validation rules
• Support month end. Reconcile data, troubleshoot postings, and fix mapping issues
• Assist with UAT, sandbox refreshes, and release notes
• Create simple SOPs and train users in searches, reports, and basic tasks
• Monitor integrations at a basic level and escalate to SI partners when needed

What Experience Should You Have?

• 3 plus years as a NetSuite administrator or power user
• Strong with CSV Import, Mass Update, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and Workbooks
• Hands-on configuration. Custom fields, forms, records, roles, permissions, workflows
• Data cleansing skills. Excel fluency including VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Support experience across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials
• Clear written and verbal communication. Comfortable with ticket queues and SLAs

Nice to Haves?

• Suite Script 2.x basics to read scripts and log errors
• Exposure to Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or native connectors
• SQL or Power Query for data prep
