We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and hot stone (depending on certification).

• Assess client needs and tailor each session for relaxation, recovery, or therapeutic benefit.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil workspace in accordance with Virginia Board of Massage Therapy regulations.

• Educate clients on aftercare, stretching, and wellness habits.

• Work collaboratively with other beauty and wellness professionals to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Current Virginia Massage Therapy license (or in process).

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.

• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Passion for client wellness and holistic self-care.
