Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Account Managers to support customer interactions and marketing campaigns
Learn and apply product knowledge through training sessions and team meetings
Assist in launching new products and promotions
Provide front-line customer service and in-person sales support
Track and input sales data accurately and efficiently
Develop coaching, training, and leadership skills over time
Build relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications:
1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
