We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as Licensed Associate Agents. We are looking for someone who aspires to build a career as an insurance professional. The ideal candidate should be friendly, eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and genuinely enjoy selling to new clients and providing excellent service to our members.

The Insurance Protection Solutions has multiple openings in all our locations.

Williamsburg, Richmond, Charlottesville, - Three Virginia locations.

• This is truly an exceptional opportunity as it offers a base salary, commissions, paid vacation, bonuses, and benefits. Total compensation depending on experience and sales skills between $55K - $95K+. Base Salary 38K-48K

Your Key Requirements:

• Obtaining Property & Casualty Insurance License (if not already licensed) THAT'S RIGHT, prior insurance experience is not required!
• Obtaining Life & Health license (if not already licensed)
• Selling Property & Casualty Insurance to existing and new clients
• Offering insurance and financial products to help customers protect their vehicles, homes, businesses, lives, and retirement assets
• Ability to organize and structure resources to accomplish goals, regardless of roadblocks
• Proven ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking with other businesses and business groups; training on customer prospecting
• Meeting new business production goals and objectives as established
• Soliciting new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Developing ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Must be highly self-motivated and a relationship builder
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is a competitive go-getter
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
• Must work well individually and as a team member
• What's really cool about our agency is that we have prospects transfer to you that are on the phone. Warm transfers that want quotes and what policies. And when you sell extra policies, you make extra money Win Win… $$$$
• 5 to 15 live transfers a day coming into the agency
