SUMMARY
Perform a wide variety of tasks associated with Human Resources, reporting to the Head of Support Services. Assist with new hire/onboarding and employee engagement processes. Support payroll & personnel admin function with processing, record-keeping, adjustment, data entry, and timekeeping. Work closely with leadership and regional site HR Admins on daily tasks, as well as finding and implementing areas of improvement.
RELATIONS TO OTHERS
Daily interaction with senior management, employees, and contractors. Must maintain strong relationships and communication with all involved parties. This role will be a central part of our support staff, and will be able to help shape the decisions and outcomes of our support function. The right candidate will need to see themselves as a partner to the other functions within KRC, and the vision of how they can help each vertical of the business achieve success.
Requirements
• Proven HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist in prior roles
• Competency in MS Office applications, databases, and HRIS, ability to learn new software as it relates to Payroll & HR (experience with Paylocity and/or Epicor preferred)
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and reporting
• Accountability and confidentiality in dealing with employee data
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills oriented towards a “people first” organization
• Prior leave administration experience
• Compliance knowledge including 401k, I-9, Workers Comp
• Prior experience with benefits administration preferred
