HRIS Analyst | ONSITE, Dallas, TX - Corporate Office Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with Paycor, Excel knowledge of at LEAST 4 years to ensure system is well maintained with accurate records. Handles troubleshooting when problems arise, integrate data from acquired practices, assist with annual Open Enrollment system and benefits EDI file management. Requires mature, driven, very proactive, DETAILED, and reliable team player. SALARY: $30.56 / hr to $37.28 / hr | Granted based on experience Monday – Friday, 8 / 8 : 30a to 5 / 5 : 30p | Flexible 90 days (could extend) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED At least 4 years progressive HRIS management experience multi-state, multi-location environment Working knowledge of HRIS Benefits enrollment systems Advanced Excel knowledge PayCor experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines HOW TO APPLY If you have at LEAST 4 years of experience in HRIS management within a multi state, multi-location environment, and Paycor experience, APPLY NOW (updated resume).
