We’re recruiting for a hands‑on Farm Operations Manager to lead livestock operations for a respected agricultural organization in the North Manchester area, near Fort Wayne, Indiana . The company offers relocation assistance for the right candidate. This leadership role focuses on calf production and overall livestock care, overseeing 1,500–4,000 head across several nursery facilities. You’ll spend about 70% of your time in daily farm operations and 30% in administration—developing your team, monitoring performance, and ensuring top‑tier animal health and efficiency.
