**Facets Developer - Healthcare Solutions** **Location: Texas or NJ** **Work Model: Hybrid - with flexibility based on business needs** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Job ID: 00066081091** **About the role** As a Facets Developer, you will make an impact by supporting new implementations and enhancements across healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure high-quality development and integration of Facets modules. **In this role, you will:** + Lead development activities for Facets implementations and enhancements. + Perform backend development using SQL and .NET technologies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. + Ensure seamless integration across Facets modules and healthcare systems. + Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage deliverables and timelines. **Work model** We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on designated days in TX or NJ. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you need to have to be considered** + Strong hands-on experience in SQL and .NET development. + Solid understanding of healthcare systems and payer domain workflows. + Proven experience working across multiple Facets modules. + Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams. + Experience supporting both new implementations and ongoing development. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applicants will be accepted till 11/30/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $83K-$94K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
