The Opportunity Partner with our Chief Revenue Officer as a strategic force-multiplier who transforms executive productivity into revenue acceleration. This role transcends traditional administrative support — you'll operate as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and execution catalyst in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Calendar Architecture Design and defend the CRO's schedule as a strategic asset aligned to revenue priorities Build protective boundaries around deep work while ensuring accessibility for critical stakeholders Orchestrate meeting cadences that drive business momentum and team alignment Execution & Accountability Engine Track the CRO's commitments and actively chase down open items with team members, pressing for closure on deliverables with persistence and tact Escalate blockers when needed and keep initiatives moving forward with relentless momentum Transform decisions into completed actions, never letting commitments fall through the cracks Communications Command Center Triage and organize inboxes with systematic precision, turning chaos into clarity Draft responses for routine matters, recommend actions for review, and progressively handle communications independently (targeting 60%+ within 12 months) Filter noise while ensuring critical issues surface immediately — becoming the CRO's trusted filter for what truly matters Meeting Excellence Prepare comprehensive agendas, briefing materials, and talking points for customer, partner, and internal meetings Ensure meetings are productive with clear outcomes, and that follow-ups are documented, distributed, and completed Anticipate information needs and preempt questions before they're asked Transform executive content into polished Keynote presentations, ensuring consistent branding, clear visual storytelling, and seamless delivery for high-stakes meetings Travel & Event Strategy Plan and coordinate travel that's strategically aligned with revenue objectives, not just logistics Build purposeful meetings around trips, maximizing every touchpoint for business impact Manage all logistics seamlessly from transportation to food and beverage coordination and more while preparing detailed run-of-show documents that ensure flawless event execution Develop and oversee comprehensive event budgets, including accurate forecasting, cost tracking, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting to ensure optimal ROI and alignment with financial targets Team Operations & Rhythm Architect and maintain the operating cadence for the revenue organization (weekly team meetings, monthly 1:1s, quarterly reviews) Drive preparation and follow-through for strategic sessions Foster alignment and accountability across direct reports and cross-functional partners Demonstrate high EQ and be a trusted partner/advisor to other employees Be fearless and point out improvement areas in all aspects of business Partner collaboratively with the executive administrative team to drive cross-functional initiatives, contributing to a positive team dynamic through proactive communication, mutual support, and shared accountability for project outcomes Technology, Tools & AI Mastery Use Salesforce, Teams, and productivity platforms with expert proficiency to drive efficiency at scale Showcase proficiency in task/project management tools including Microsoft Project Planner, Asana, or similar Handle executive's expense management and reimbursement processing;
