Our client is one the largest music academies in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Supervisor to support their locations LA locations Westwood Valley and Brentwood.

Requirements:

• Proven sales proficiency with a track record of meeting targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills, team supervision experience, and administrative abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with children and adults
• Exceptional memory and phone etiquette
• Background in hospitality
• No background in music required

Position Details:

• Proficiency in technology, including Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, and Excel is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Current Schedule Opening:

• 4 days per week, weekdays from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• Weekends from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM
• Must be able to work weekends
• Exact 4-day schedule TBD; once set, days are relatively permanent
• A 5th day may frequently be possible to cover other staff

Job Duties:

Sales:

• Achieving the academy’s sales targets
• Following up with potential clients via phone to promote our programs
• Registering clients and completing student onboarding

Customer Service and Administration:

• Promptly answering customer phone calls and emails
• Documenting requests and following up diligently to complete client requests
• Opening, closing, and cleaning facilities
• Supervising instructors to ensure the highest quality operations

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for business or hospitality
• Sales, management, and customer service experience is a plus
• Front desk, restaurant, and hospitality experience is a plus

Compensation:

Pay: $27/hr plus bonus monthly

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
