Role: ESL Teacher - Summer 2026
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $21- $26 / hour - Based on experience

The Role:
In this role, you will plan, prepare, and deliver the EF academic program through structured and interactive lessons and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
Teaching classes every weekday following the EF methodology.
Lesson planning and preparation before each class.
Classroom management.
Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests.
Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork.
Attending all teacher meetings.
Monitoring student progress and personal goals to help them in their language improvement
Ensuring the EF behavior code is always followed by students and informing management immediately if there are any issues or problems.
Dealing with problems and emergency situations-should they arise.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience.
TEFL certificate or equivalent.
Complete fluency in English.
Experience in the field of education
Attend training before your contract commences.
Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
