Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join their team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be part of the food service department supporting the dietary needs of patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dietary Aide

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $17.10 per hour

Shift: Saturday-Wednesday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, off Thursday and Friday
Wednesday-Sunday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, off Monday and Tuesday

What's the Job?

• Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations to maintain a safe food preparation environment.
• Support the dietary team in ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly.
• Follow all safety and health regulations while performing duties.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service to patients and staff.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must provide proof of last flu shot and meet health screening requirements.
