This is a fantastic opportunity to work with outstanding leadership and make a real difference in the daily lives of users who rely on technology to do meaningful work.
In this role, youll be stationed on-site providing direct support to staff and teams setting up workstations, troubleshooting hardware, resolving software issues, and supporting desktop infrastructure in person. While there will be some remote support elements, this position is primarily about being present, dependable, and highly responsive to those right around you.
