Guided by an ambitious and bold Action Agenda, a dynamic President, and a fully engaged Board, contributed revenue is up more than 30% and we are headed into a campaign focused on resilient landscapes, equitable access to nature, and climate policy and advocacy.
As we prepare for the campaign, we seek an ambitious and motivated colleague with exceptional database and analytical skills to help us advance Mass Audubon’s work. The Database Analyst will join a talented and committed department of 30+ professionals who raise annual support for the organization as well as multi-year support for special projects.
Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, the Database Analyst is responsible for responding to list and analysis requests; maintaining documentation; providing support for end users in our fundraising CRM, Revolution Online (ROI) and serving as an essential development partner on future database conversions; and working as part of a team to meet organizational needs in a timely and accurate manner.
The successful candidate will have a track record of meeting and exceeding the data needs of an active frontline and operations team for a complex, matrixed organization. Successful individuals will be capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a healthy sense of both humor and determination.

This position’s pay range is $70,000-$85,000/year; actual salary will reflect level of experience and qualifications relative to position requirements.

Mass Audubon employees enjoy 13 paid holidays (holidays may shift annually due to where days fall within calendar).
Work Schedule
Full-time schedule of 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
Other Requirements
Employees must successfully complete a CORI and SORI Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Record (if applicable) is required.
