About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and growth. This strategic and operationally minded leader will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive alignment and results across various functions, including product, go-to-market, technology, finance, and operations. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, integrator, and force multiplier, with a focus on translating vision into action, enabling scale, and ensuring the right priorities receive attention. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic support and advisor, leading operational execution of key initiatives, and coordinating the leadership team. The role demands a high level of executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects. To excel in this role, candidates should have at least 12 years' of relevant professional experience, with a background in business leadership, management consulting, investment banking, strategic planning, or as a chief of staff. A preferred MBA or advanced degree, experience in high-growth SaaS or digital platform businesses, and familiarity with OKRs, agile business planning, or operating models are also desirable. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, proactive problem-solver, and skilled communicator who can thrive in dynamic environments. They should be adept at influencing without authority, and have a proven track record in managing organizational change and driving clarity and action in fast-moving settings.
