About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in financial management, particularly within the health care and social assistance industry. The CFO will be tasked with the critical role of overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. This includes the development and implementation of financial strategies, managing the revenue cycle, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, with a direct reporting line to the CEO. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management, preferably in the health care industry. A Master's degree and CPA or CMA certification are preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of financial statements, financial reporting, accounting systems, and experience in managing internal controls and corporate finance. The CFO will also be responsible for leading the finance team, so excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. Experience in management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and analysis is a plus.
