Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
Location: Mid-City, Los Angeles, CA (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $32–$35/hr (DOE)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join a reputable law firm in Mid-City, LA. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional with at least 1 year of workers’ compensation experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 150–200 workers’ compensation cases, handling documentation, deadlines, and communication
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, medical providers, and attorneys
• Schedule medical appointments and ensure clients receive entitled benefits
• Review and maintain medical records, evaluations, and evidence for hearings
• Prepare case files, summaries, and exhibits for hearings and trials
• Document case updates in the firm’s case management system
• Support attorneys with case strategy and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Workers’ Compensation case management experience required 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required 
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation laws and claims procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
