\n\nAbout the Role
\n\nAs an Assembly Operator, you’ll play a vital role in assembling medical device components with accuracy and care, following detailed work instructions and strict regulatory standards. Your focus on quality, safety, and consistency will help ensure that every product leaving the line meets the highest medical manufacturing standards.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nAssemble medical device components according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and FDA-compliant standards.
\n\t\nOperate and maintain specialized medical device assembly tools and equipment safely and effectively.
\n\t\nPerform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with medical and company standards.
\n\t\nMaintain cleanliness and contamination control within a clean room environment.
\n\t\nFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
\n\t\nIdentify, report, and document any product, equipment, or process deviations.
\n\t\nCollaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
\n\t\nAccurately complete production logs, inspection reports, and traceability documentation.
\n\t\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and product quality.
\n\t\nWhat You’ll Need Required:
\n\nAbility to read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions in English.
\n\t\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
\n\t\nGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
\n\t\nWillingness to work in a regulated clean room environment and wear PPE.
\n\t\nBasic math and measurement skills.
\n\t\nDependable and safety-minded with a positive attitude.
\n\t\nPreferred:
\n\n2+ years of assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing setting.
\n\t\nPrior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
\n\t\nFamiliarity with GMP and clean room procedures.
\n\t\nPhysical Requirements
\n\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
\n\t\nStanding or sitting for extended periods.
\n\t\nStrong near vision (with or without corrective lenses).
\n\t\nAbility to wear clean room attire for long durations.
\n\t\nWork Environment
\n\nClean, climate-controlled, and highly regulated production facility.
\n\t\nModerate noise levels and fast-paced production environment.
\n\t\nOccasional overtime based on production needs.
\n\t\nInterview and skills assessment required prior to hire.
