• We are looking for a Temporary Appraisal Specialist I for our client who will be responsible for the managing a network of Real Estate Appraisers, workflow management, and limited-scope review of residential real estate appraisals.

What You'll Do
Have a basic understanding of real estate and mortgage lending.
Ability to communicate regularly with appraisers and other departments by phone, email, and face-to-face.
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
Responsible for working as a team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Perform limited-scope appraisal reviews single family new construction residential real estate.
Correspond with appraisers to address issues or discrepancies on appraisals raised by the line of business regarding specific appraisals, general appraisal practices, investor requirements and/or appraisal policies.
Ensure compliance with Appraisal Independence Requirements and other applicable regulations throughout the appraisal process.
Stay up to date on market trends and conditions
Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who we're looking for if you have
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors preferred
2+ years of general work experience required
Supervisory, Management, Logistics, Scheduling, Human Resources, Recruiting or similar experience preferred
Attention to detail
Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relations with associates at a positive level
Computer skill required including working knowledge of electronic mail, word processing, and spreadsheets
Experience with CRM or similar system preferred (Salesforce, Encompass, ValuTrac, etc.)
Able to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong customer service skills
Able to work in a fast paced working environment and work overtime when needed
Possess a positive attitude, be flexible in fast-paced environment, be a team player, leader and be willing to constructively contribute to the department
