We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and record daily financial transactions
Reconcile receipts, invoices, and bank statements
Assist with monthly reports, budgeting, and basic financial analysis
Support year-end tax filings and liaise with accounting firms when needed
Enter and categorize data using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Requirements:
Background in accounting or finance; prior bookkeeping experience preferred
Familiarity with small business accounting practices
Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Proficient in both English and Chinese (ability to read and handle English financial records)
Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule or be available on demand (remote work possible with occasional on-site visits)
Work Hours & Compensation:
Part-time: estimated 5–10 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: competitive and based on experience
Location: Long Island, NY (partially remote)
